I keep going in here expecting a different result. So happy I bought my bmw in Henderson. I saw a used one we wanted, went in, walked the entire length of the showroom and hung out at the managers desk for a minute. No hello, no interest in engaging. Just lots of employees talking to each other. 1 guy lifts his head and tells us " ill help", like a chore. The very last time I was here I had an appt, as I rolled up on time the salesperson told us through our window that he had a sale and waved us on. I drove to Henderson BMW, met a fantastic salesperson and purchased there.

I just purchased a 2022 BMW X7. I called around to a number of dealers and Las Vegas BMW actually seemed to want my business and made it easy. I paid cash for the car and the dealer didn't make me jump through all the usual hoops...claiming I had to complete a credit app, etc. Most dealers still try to play this game but Vegas did not. We flew into town to pickup the car and the process was pretty seamless. We did have to wait a bit even though they knew we were coming which was annoying but overall we would definitely buy here again.

Had an 8 AM appointment. At 11 AM the guy came up to me and told me they checked my car and canât fix it. It took them 3 hours just to check the car. Every time I come here they take forever. They give you an âappointmentâ but donât check you in till 30 mins later and then take hours to do something as simple as checking the car. After checking the car, they said they will give me my keys in 15-20 mins. It took an hour to get my keys back. Very disappointed with the time management skills at this BMW. I spent 4 hours there for nothing.

Car needed service - battery was dead. The warranty covered the tow which was necessary to get my X3 out of my garage . Once at the dealer they recognized that my car was due for an oil change. The oil change and battery replaced all under warranty the same day. Great service by a friendly team!

While traveling from Chicago to Las Vegas, brake pads needed to be replaced after spirited driving in the mountains. BMW Las Vegas made it easy to setup online appointment right away. Service advisor and service technician were awesome. There was a minor delay in same day delivery, but Jordan knocked a couple hundred off repair cost for the inconvenience without me saying anything. Thatâs great customer service!

I previously purchased an x5 m50i and within a few months, realized it was too small for my family. Our sales consultant, Amin Abdel-Kader, has been my go-to guy here and has gone WAY above and beyond to take care of us and did so again! We ended up trading in the x5 for an x7 m50i, and in a tough, non-negotiable vehicle market, really went to bat for us to make the trade in fast, easy, and also beneficial for us to move into the X7. I live out of state and was very dissatisfied with my local dealer. We have a second home in Vegas and had an unexpected engine light come on while traveling to Vegas . Las Vegas BMW immediately took my vehicle in . I was impressed with the service, courtesy and friendliness of the employees and service advisors . Recently I had a question about engine maintenance. I called my local dealer and was unable to get an answer . I left a message for my service advisor and never received a call back. I decided to call Las Vegas BMW. I spoke to Joe C who immediately knew the answer to my question. He was very knowledgeable regarding BMW âs in prospective. After speaking to Joe C, I decided to schedule service my local dealership recommended my vehicle needed completed. Las Vegas preformed a courtesy vehicle check . I received a text video message of the vehicle check findings . Joe C pointed out in the video, issues with my vehicle and what could result if not repaired. My BMW had recently been serviced for routine maintenance at my local dealership. They too gave me a courtesy check, pointed out the issues and recommended repairs . They did not explain the issue and future issues as Joe C did. This was my second time I had my vehicle at Las Vegas BMW for repair. I have been very impressed with their service and integrity . Although my main residence is out of state , I will be scheduling all my routine maintenance and recommended repairs with Las Vegas BMW and highly recommend them .

I was visiting Las Vegas after a long road trip and needed an oil change. First he tried to sell me on a $700.00 plus update on filters. I said I just wanted an oil change and oil filter. he quoted me some $250.00. I thought that was was quite high but did not challenge it at the time. He NEVER reviewed the itemized bill. after getting home I noticed a charge of $39.95 for "condition based standard scope". I did not ask for that. I simply wanted and oil change. there was another $35.99 charge for a motor oil treatment. Again NOT asked for. I felt I was taken advantage of as an out of town client. The service rep should have advised me if I wanted the extras. Very poor practice. And poor treatment of a multiple BMW owner.

So we decided to take a much longer driver and have our car serviced at BMW Las Vegas. And we are right. The Service team at BMW Las Vegas is terrific. Just like what one would expect from BMW. Our service manager is D'Andre Ayala-Brown. He was respectful, attentive, efficient, get the right job done and went above and beyond to make us feel they want us as a customer. Regular service call with original brakes replaced at 87K. Wow! Our service writer Marcus Llanes got the car evaluated, worked on and test driven on a very timely schedule. I was on my way home in about four plus hours on a Monday. It also included a minor factory recall. I also liked very much the videos done by the service tech as he did his inspection. Great service I bought a used Bmw 535d from another dealer and i instantly had problems with the egr cooler, found out there was a recall so I contacted Bmw of Las Vegas and joe got me in got my car fixed and ended up replacing a lot of expensive parts that were linked to the egr with out costing me the money I really appreciate the job they did.

We purchased a new BMW 840i Gran coupe in early April. Krystal, our salesperson, was courteous, thorough and professional. Eric the manager was fantastic to work with. They kept us informed throughout the ordering, sales and delivery process. The finance man assisted us flawlessly in all the paperwork and we even purchased an extended service/warranty contract that covers us after the normal warranty expires. I brought in my 340i recently for a squeaking noise I keep hearing when the car accelerates. I tried to be as detailed as possible about when the the noise occurs because I know it could be multiple things. I was told that âthere was a possible tear in the diaphragmâ and that photos will need to be sent to âcorporateâ to see how they would like to proceed then I was told that there wasnât a tear in the diaphragm and that bmw service will just âreadjust itâ . BMW had my car for almost 3 days and they couldnât find the source to my problem. Carlos Castro was very informative , my issue is the fact that your own techs couldnât find a problem because Iâm still getting that annoying squeaking noise when accelerating. This is the second time Iâm having an issue with this car not because of maintenance but manufacture defect. I also bought this car from this dealer.

The mechanic sent a video and went over all aspects of my car, including, the part which needed replacement, rotor measurements, tired tread ware, fluid refill, and under the vehicle inspection. I was charged almost a thousand$$! that left me stranded twice. My service experience has always been a positive one. When I arrived, a very nice young man named Jarvis checked me in. His kindness and courtesy set the tone from the very beginning! My service writer Marcus is outstanding! He always explains any repairs that are needed. I really feel blessed to have him taking care of me. My only suggestion would be to have an ?Express Oil Change?. It is difficult waiting all day just to have the oil changed. Some people say dealerships are too expensive. I feel it is worth the cost to have highly trained, competent and kind people taking care of my car.

I brought my BMW X1 in for a new battery . They did a diagnostic test and found my thermostat needed to be replaced as well as a oil leak. Marcus worked with the warranty company to try and get all the repairs covered. The claims officer from the warranty company said That Marcus was really a great customer advocate and word hard on getting me everything he could to have the warranty company pay which made my total bill much less. I just returned from an eight-day road trip to Oklahoma City where my son was injured in a motorcycle accident. I have another previously planned trip to Colorado this weekend for a big family gathering and needed to have my M550i checked as I may have lost a wheel weight on my trip to OKC. I drove into the dealership on Monday about 4pm to see my BMW Service Advisor Frank, who was able to fit me in right away Tuesday morning. Frank is always professional and knowledgeable and is definitely a great help to this disabled veteran. The service was excellent, as usual. Frank recommended a Road Force wheel balance, which is a more precise wheel balance for low-profile, high-performance tires. BMW also aligned the front and rear of the car. BMW should give Frank a significant raise or promote him to Service Manager.

The experience was totally great, very different from other dealerships I have dealt with before. Enoch Yang helped us from the first phone call and made sure he answered every single question we had. He sent us multiple photos of the interior and exterior of the car and walked us through how they do business at his dealership. Once we arrived at the dealership the car was ready and Enoch took care of the paperwork and walked us to the finance department and we met yet another very nice person, Rich did a great job explaining the process. The service advisor quoted a price for the repairs, before the diagnostic test were performed. The repairs were completed the next day, because by the time they completed the diagnostic tests, my warranty company was closed. In the past, my service advisor would inform me of repairs that may be needed. I was not at this visit, so when I looked at my invoice, I had to figure it out myself. This is the second time this has happened. I have always brought my vehicle to this facility for repairs and maintenance since I purchased it in 2007, I just wish some of the service advisors would not act as though they were in a rush. Update 3/24/2022, My service advisor Joe Carcione,is the best ever. He has always looked out for me and taken care of my vehicles, he wasn't in the day I brought my vehicle in for repairs in the above review. I will only come in when Joe is working. Issue was misdiagnosed. Had several questions of the repairs that were not answered because my representative didn?t return my call. Left paying over $1000.00 in repairs and had the same problem when I first arrived. Appears the vehicle wasn?t test driven after it was worked on.

Itâs sad that after the ink dries, so does the customer service. I was lied to repeatedly by my sales(Mo) guy on the matter of the car. I never received a call from the sales manager or GM to whom he said he passed the matter on too. He completely took control of the situation and kept all upper management unaware that they have lost 2 loyal customers.

My experience with bmw of Las Vegas was great. Steve Broka helped me with my X5 purchase. Originally I was looking for m3, then a wrx, then finally went to the X5. I kept sending him emails and text messages. He was extremely responsive and helpful with me. I spent about a month asking about cars. He was able to then find me one at another autonation dealer with all the specs that I wanted. Everyone at the dealer were extremely friendly and helpful. I have been to several dealers and purchased several cars. This has been one the best. The finance department was extremely straightforward and helpful. I will definitely be back for another vehicle when the time comes.

I have a trusted BMW adviser and have been servicing my 325i there for quite some time. And I personally take care of my vehicle, such as be on top of fluid needs, all kinds of fluid, including engine oil. On oil changes, BMW of Las Vegas does a very good job and decent pricing. My advice is know your vehicle, esp. a vehicle like a BMW, and have a good adviser on your side, then maintaining a BMW wonât be that expensive !

The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly, The car I was interested in was just as advertised- very nice. My issue is two fold. One, the car was overpriced by $10k. Even the report in the folder in the car, listed the car for $85k. So obviously I didn?t purchase it. Secondly, I was trading in a very late model car with only 3k miles on it and I had put $15k worth of upgrades to it, yet I was offered below value??? I eventually went to a BMW dealership in AZ (closest one with an M5) purchased one like the one being sold in Las Vegas- Got it at fair market value and got above asking for my trade. I?m not sure of the disconnect, but I would have liked to buy locally instead.

This is my second lease with BMW. I can?t remember who did my first lease but this second lease, I had an extremely patience and excellent customer service sales person, Mr. Albert W. He was really nice and patience to work with what we want and to the extend to offer us at any best comfort level possible to me, my husband and my kids. He explained every details that we have questions with and go to the extend to show us each and every possible car that might fit our request. He is remarkable sales person genuine to heart. One perfect example, one evening, while waiting for our finance paperwork, he actually went out and got us dinner for my whole family. I just took my 2011 X5 with 60k+ miles to repair because a knock sensor was falling after two days they came back with the repair estimate at almost $10,000.00 dollars 5k for the replacement of a sensor "that's totally unbelievable" and 4k more for something they say is a oil leak and 1k more for arm joint or something like that so I ended with two day lost and same problem less $200+ dollars "for the professional evaluation". At the end my original description of sensor issue was 10 better then BMW dealership "thanks for nothing BMW

We brought my beloved diesel X5 in for an oil change and alignment about a week ago. The technician called later that morning saying that it needed additional repairs of about $4k. He sent a video and and neither my husband or I saw the cracks or leaks they were supposedly showing us. My X5 also only has about 56,000 miles on it, so all this didn?t make sense. Smelling a rat, we told them to NOT do those additional repairs and only what we had scheduled. Our bill for the maintenance we scheduled came out to over $1,000. When we got our X5 home, we both crawled under it and did NOT see the cracks OR leaks they claimed. We are very unhappy that this service department tried to pull a fast one with us. They clearly thought we were stupid, gullible people who never look at their vehicles or know anything about them. Does this service department have a quota or something they have to meet monthly for repairs? Were they not satisfied that we spent over $1,000 and thus tried to soak us for $3-4k more?! We love BMW and own two, and have been treated well by other BMW dealerships in the past. However, the trust has been absolutely broken at Las Vegas BMW, and we?d like BMW corporate to investigate. Is Auto Nation responsible for these practices?

I don't recommend the Las Vegas BMW because I bought a BMW X6M50.I on 11/27/2021 and I asked the seller David and businessman Omar if the car would have the title and if there was no debt, and he said the title was. there at that time but it would have been available two days after buying the car, and today it's December 20th and I don't have the car title, I went back to BMW OF Las Vegas on 12/15/2021 just to solve this problem. Once there I went straight to the general manager of the store called Erilk, being very arrogant with his words and posture, he totally disregarded the matter saying that all that lie that was made in car sales was normal, I never thought I would hear from a North BMW Representative -American, that is, it would be normal for this Dealer to act in this way, deceiving Customers who value the BRAND BMW here in the USA. but after a lot of conversation and having spent most of the day at the dealership, I once again left the BMW without my title, came back the next day 12/16/2021, to find out if they could return the car or get my title because I need it. his. license the car, I live in NJ, and the car, although I have a temporary role to transit the car, this role is small almost invisible and I can get in trouble with the police. It was then that Erik said that the title would arrive on 12/17/2021 and that he would ship it to NJ on 12/18/20. but that didn't happen and once again I believed and was wrong, today 11/20/2021 I called again to find out about anything, they don't call me or send me messages or e-mail to let me know what is happening. After making the sale and receiving all payment for the car, they don't make any kind of contact. I feel like a total idiot for believing the members of BMW in Las Vegas.

Sporadic interaction from the salesperson until I was on-site, though I was trying to work through most of the sale remotely. I was happy to see the vehicle up front, cleaned, and ready for me when I arrived for my appointment. Juliana didn't seem to be quite as knowledgeable about the vehicles or certification process when asked for details. Also wasn't willing to help me return my rental vehicle until after I finished with finance, which meant the return location was closed by the time I got there and I had to cover another rental day. Because: it took 2.5 hours to get through finance after agreeing to purchase. Feng was pretty pushy with the extended warranty even after I declined multiple times. Soured the sale a little in my mind. Comes up very short of my experiences at Porsche and Volvo dealers and somehow I've had better experiences at some Jeep, Subaru, and even FIAT dealers.

I will never buy another car here nor will I ever buy another BMW! On 8/24/2021 I traded my Mercedes E350 in for my first ever BMW 2018 740i. I was happy and excited for 3 short weeks. All of a sudden my car was smoking, whistling and jerking. I made it home and parked it until my appointment. My advisor never called me with updates I had to call him every time. It needed a major repair, cylinder head cover with internal failure! Thank God for the 90 day warranty. I got my car the following Monday. When I drove it home I noticed hesitation at acceleration AGAIN immediately and called my advisor who asked me to bring it back the next day. Tuesday the head mechanic drove my car with me in the passenger and said that hesitation is normal for all BMWâs it was the turbo engine and since itâs my first BMW I need to get used to it. I drove home. Literally 7 days later my check engine light comes on!! I call my advisor he gets me an appointment for the next day. I drop it off 8am but for some reason they couldnât figure out what was wrong until the next day WHEN I CALLED at 4pm. Itâs now 10/7/2021 he says Radiator Blind Malfunction which he says is NOT covered by my 90 day warranty!! He asked the sales team to cover it, they offered to pay only half of the $878.44. I asked for the general manager because thatâs not fair I just bought this car and it clearly was not fully inspected before they put it on the lot!! Why should I pay when I clearly did not cause that wear and tear?!! Eric Ziegenbien comes over and says âheâs only willing to pay half as a courtesy and honestly he does not have to pay anythingâ. I was embarrassed, disappointed, sad and angry and told him thatâs not right but I will only pay $300. He says âfine Iâm not going to argue over $100!â then walks away. I have never felt so undervalued as a customer in my life. This experience has made me 100% regret switching from Mercedes to BMW. Are they cheaply made? Why so many major repairs? Its only a 2018 with 60k mikes! Why would you make someone pay for a repair caused by the previous owner?! I would really like my $300 back and Iâm asking for someone from corporate to call me.

Iâve got ongoing issues with my 2013 X3. This model and year is part of a class action lawsuit due to defective parts. This resulted in my engine failing, cost to replace my engine was 15k, out of my pocket. Vehicle is still not right, currently in their shop. I donât know why BMW canât stand behind their vehicles and repair them at their expense, rather than send it to their lawyers to deal with it. Still waiting on the settlement, whatever that may be. I do have to say that the BMW service departments on Sahara and in Henderson, have excellent mechanics. This is my third BMW, and now because of the unreliability of my vehicle, this will be my last BMW. This repair/replacement was too complicated for them apparently. So my beef is with the corporation and not the dealership.

I have a M4 and my wife has a X3. I donât trust anybody else to change the oil and filter in those vehicles but BMW of Las Vegas. I donât have to worry about the oil pan screw being stripped causing an oil leak and mess in the garage and driveway. I had some not so pleasant experiences with this dealership before, but after I met with Joe Monaco, he is only service representative I will go to. He is honest and reliable. While visiting Las Vegas the check engine light on my wifeâs X5 came on. This of course happened 2 days before we were scheduled to drive home. Our service at BMW Las Vegas was excellent! Our service advisor Joe Monaco was exceptional and our overall experience with the service department was fantastic. Joe was empathetic of our situation and worked diligently to ensure our vehicle was repaired before our departure, even overnighting a part needed for the repair. Simply a great experience! Highly recommend!

As we are all imperfect humans, sometimes things happen. While my car was in for AC service, it was dinged in the rear quarter while being moved. My outstanding Service Advisor, Joe Carcione, immediately called to apologize and explain how they will handle it with their certified BMW repair shop. Joe was the role model definition of professional, compassionate, customer-driven, and high-integrity. I won't get into the details of all that was done for me to make up for this unfortunate accident, but they went above and beyond, and reinforced in me a deep sense of trust and respect for their work and service. Joe should get some credit for my next BMW, as knowing I have him and the team for service is a definite factor in choosing the next car. Excellent management of the situation, Joe!

I found the car of my dreams here, but unfortunately the team there isnât so dreamy. I bought an extremely expensive used BMW from them, and when I asked the manager, Eric Ziegenbein, if they were able to throw in all weather mats with the car I just purchased IN FULL, the manager refused. When I spoke to him on the phone, he asked me âWhy would you want rubber mats anyway? If youâre wearing heels itâs uncomfortable (I suppose because Iâm a woman)â and when I proceeded to tell him I would like to protect my $60,000+ investment he told me âOnly the front right? If I can find some that someone left lying around the dealership I might be able to throw them in the trunk for you.â I found it very odd that neither the manager, Eric Ziengenbein, nor my sales associate, Ardie Arnold, could provide me with rubber mats for my fully paid vehicle commission I just gave them. Iâve never had this problem anywhere else. When it was time for my car to be shipped out, the sales associate texted me and said âitâs shipped it should be there saturday.â with no other information on the shipping company, the driver, the drivers number. When the driver arrived, BMW of Las Vegas didnât even give him my name to deliver to me, they put âcustomers houseâ and my address. This dealership definitely needs some customer service help.

Disappointed that this vehicle transmission would go out so soon at 52k, just outside the manufacturer warranty, however, I lucked up on outstanding Service Manager, Leon Zelensky. Employees like this dont' come a dime a dozen anymore. Went above and beyond for my satisfaction. Kept me in the loop the entire way. He made the experience at BMW Sahara more pleasant to deal with.

I brought my 2005 BMW 325Ci (E46) in for an air bag recall service. While there I asked if they could do an Inspection of the car and diagnose why the engine was missing/running rough. The diagnosis revealed that two cylinders were missing and said that replacing the coils would fix the problem. The inspection revealed a very small crack developing in the lower radiator hose and a very small leak/drip from the oil filter housing gasket. I had them replace all six coils with the new coil design BMW is using and that fixed the cylinders missing and restored smooth operation and power to the engine. I will deal with the other two repairs as time and finances allow.

On a weekly basis they kept us informed when ever one came in or was destined to come in. If it wasn?t for that we probably would have never got the chance to test drive one or even look at one. Once we were able to test drive one the time they took explaining all the options of the car and showing us around is a testament to the details of the BMW experience. Bought my car through autonation used. Dropped it off here a month after purchase cause of a check engine light. They charged $100 to run the computer. Turns out they didnt wipe any codes when they worked on the car prior to sale and wanted an extra $45 to reset the codes. Representatives Marcus wouldnt even talk to me since he was on a call. Very rude people, useless and a complete rip off for service.

After car hunting, I finally found a used car that was worth paying for! Amin was our representative at the BMW West Sahara Autonation location and he helped us during our buying process. The car was on the market for a day but it was sold at the moment we drove it. We had to wait 2 weeks to get it repaired and cleaned because it wasn?t even on the market yet. Amin was a no pressure sales rep and we appreciate that even though we were purchasing a used car, he treated us no different. First off, I just have to say that D'Andre is the man! He went above and beyond with my recent interaction. I brought my 2019 430 in for service and a few days later it was rear-ended in an accident. I reached out to D'Andre and rather than just giving me the information of the certified collision center, he reached out to their concierge, Jeremy and explained my situation. Jeremy promptly called me to get the information on the vehicle to start the repair process. After fighting with the insurance company (from the guy who hit me), Jeremy at the collision center, was able to get ahold of Nationwide and get them to assign the collision center to the incident. He had a tow truck out to my house within an hour (also a complete pleasure to work with). After getting everything setup, D'Andre followed up with me to make sure that everything had been taken care of and made himself available for any other needs I may have had at the time. I'm in a service-oriented business and D'Andre and Jeremy both far exceeded my expectations with this issue. They took what was a very stressful and frustrating situation for me and my wife and made it as easy as could be. D'Andre could have easily just given me the phone of the collision center and been done, but I can tell he takes pride in his work and did everything in his power to make sure I was taken care of.

I was in Elk Grove, CA when the annunciator warned me for a service due soon - The rear brake pads needed to be changed in 1000 miles. I was about to move to Las Vegas so I requested a quote from Niello BMW Elk Grove, BMW Only in Las Vegas, and BMW of Las Vegas (A.K.A. Autonation). The first two asked me for my VIN number to see what kind of breaks I had, and quoted me respectively $869, and $882.26. They both said they would replace the pads, rotors, and sensor. BMW of Las Vegas, on the other hand, didnât ask me for my VIN. I talked to Carlos Castro, who told me it was going to be between $500 and $550. I immediately thought the other 2 would change the whole system to get a few bucks more but BMW of Las Vegas would only replace what was necessary. I set the appointment but once they had my car, Carlos said: -âYour rotors are rusty so weâll have to change them as well. Itâs going to be $1250. â I was livid. I told him and showed him my notes about the different quotes. -âYou told me it was going to be about $500, and now you more than double the price? I was in Elk Grove, CA when the annunciator warned me for a service due soon - The rear brake pads needed to be changed in 1000 miles. I was about to move to Las Vegas so I requested a quote from Niello BMW Elk Grove, BMW Only in Las Vegas, and BMW of Las Vegas (A.K.A. Autonation). The first two asked me for my VIN number to see what kind of breaks I had, and quoted me respectively $869, and $882.26. They both said they would replace the pads, rotors, and sensor. BMW of Las Vegas, on the other hand, didnât ask me for my VIN. I talked to Carlos Castro, who told me it was going to be between $500 and $550. I immediately thought the other 2 would change the whole system to get a few bucks more but BMW of Las Vegas would only replace what was necessary. I set the appointment but once they had my car, Carlos said: -âYour rotors are rusty so weâll have to change them as well. Itâs going to be $1250. â I was livid. I told him and showed him my notes about the different quotes. -âYou told me it was going to be about $500, and now you more than double the price? Overall everything was fine. I thought 5 hours was a bit excessive for a first service with brake fluid check and filter change. I was originally told 2-2.5 hours. When I showed up to get my car it wasn't ready and still had to be washed so I waited an additional 40 minutes. Not really what Id expect from a "premium" brand but it is what I've come to expect from BMW. Staff was all very courteous and pleasant. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Process on buying was very slow. With most car dealers, most documents are sent over via DocuSign ahead of time and few final paper documents are done at the dealership. That was not the case here. Took forever to sign the documents and the wait alone was over an hour. Secondly, even though this is a bmw dealership, their used car salesperson should be well versed of the used cars before customer arrives. Most of my questions about the car I was buying was not answered especially the functions inside the car

My sales person had the car ready for me when I arrived, said tires have low air pressure no problem test drive and they will fix later. In the process of buying the car salesman leaves to go help someone else, what was meant to be a fast process took hours of me waiting b/c he was busy with someone else. Finally, I come to end of process and cannot drive my new car home as the tire pressure was really a bolt stuck in it. I have to drive my old car home...this was just the beginning of the lack of service and care for what is suppose to be a "luxury" dealership. Next day I come in to pick up car, what do you know problem not fixed have to wait til Monday to bring car back. I have now wasted over a week of my time going back and forth to this dealership & still the problem is not fixed. They have had my car more then me, no loaner and no care by anyone how inconvenienced we have been. I am so disappointed in this dealership, glad I didnt refer anyone here. I have had the absolute worse treatment and will never buy from them again. Nor will I ever refer anyone here!

I just bought my 2015 Chevy Malibu in November and already have had several things wrong. We noticed rumbling and the alignment messed up a couple days after I bought it. The took care of the alignment, but I had to bring it back and tell them the rumbling was still going on. We had a different service guy the second time who was super rude when he said they had 3 people test drive it and couldn't feel anything. Next, 3 weeks later the headlight goes out. These fools wanted to charge $500 to change a headlight from a car we just bought a few weeks prior. We got another opinion at a different place and they tell us it's the struts. Then the key fab goes out. That was an easy fix since the battery I could get at the store. I ended up going to AutoNation GMC in Henderson and they completely wasted our time so we went to AutoNation GMC on Sahara but they said the warranty still wouldn't cover even though it has only been a month since I got the car. AutoNation GMC told us it was the brakes and rotors, so I bought parts and had my boyfriend and brother put them in. Which that wasn't even the case. I am fed up with the service department at AutoNation! They completely waste your time, money, and gas!

Our BMW showed "add engine oil" so we added a quart. Ten minutes later, it shows "add engine oil" again. So we took the car to the BMW dealer on Sahara Ave. They checked it and told us nothing wrong but oil level was little low, so they topped it off and did not charge us. We are very impressed by their service. Compared to the Long Beach BMW dealer where we first got our BMW from, the finance guy there told us to buy tire insurance and said most their buyer got at least one or two flat tires within first year or two. We did not buy their tire insurance, and we got a flat tire on our second time back to that dealer for oil change. How strange! We were thinking never buy a BMW again because of the happenings at the Long Beach BWM; but Las Vegas BMW dealer made us think again. Thank you Las Vegas BMW Dealer Service Department!

If I had to do it all over again, I would have purchased my car at BMW Las Vegas than BMW Henderson. The customer service is night and day. I brought my car in twice in 2020. One was for the scheduled maintenance and the other was for a check engine issue. David Tran took care of me like I was VIP, unlike at BMW Henderson where they don't communicate well. BMW Henderson will not return calls, say one thing and do another, and don't keep you up to date with what is going on for days and even weeks. When they do communicate they lie. If I do decide to buy another BMW, and that's a big IF, I will buy at BMW Las Vegas where they know how to treat a customer.

I brought in my car twice in 2020. One was for the maintenance and one was for a check engine issue. The whole process was just under 2 hours, which is an excellent turn around. I drove the car straight through to Minnesota on Saturday and Sunday, and it performed flawlessly.

Rich Tormo, the Customer Service advisor was very patient, walked me through what my 330i needs and suggested what are the applicable scheduled maintenance. He listened, wrote his service request. In the process, the technician needed more time, no excuse, just more time and Mr. Tormo apologizing for the extra time needed. It was a very professional conversation and I am pleasantly surprise at the quality of their customer service, one of the BEST. I KNOW, I HAVE BEEN TO ABOUT 4 MORE luxury Car Brands before I ended up getting my 330i from BMW of Las Vegas. Will be back for more and highly recommended, service and car performance. Dropped in and walked in; gave info to a service advisor who i thought wrote it up---oil change, etc review given leased vehicle with engine light on Hence......booked 7 am apptmnt next day......so i thought....... Next day.....first in line; gave sign in guy name etc---never heard of me.....had to see guy from yesterday and do paperwork/get booking redone i guess They did take the car About 2.3 hours later i think the oil was changed and car sanitized and filter changed and air in the tires Really? The manager was more concerned about his sale numbers then working with the customer. It was the second to last day of the month and manager wonât hold the vehicle two days for me with a two thousand dollar down payment. I still purchase the vehicle because I wanted it. But they said the were going to clean up the scratches on the hood and fill the gas tank up at purchase time neither of these false promises were done. Let me start this by saying that I'm a Service Writer for Cadillac. At the time of my appointment, I had also just been to BMW of New Orleans with my Alpina B7 and BMW of Denver within a 2 week span. I called ahead for an oil change appointment for my recently purchased 1991 BMW M5. Myself and a few friends were road tripping this car across the US back to Wisconsin and we were just passing through. The scheduler on the phone told me I could get a 9am appointment and to ask for a certain advisor. We roll into the Service Drive at 8:55. We get out, and wait. Because at every single dealership I've been to/worked at, Service Advisors come right to your car and offer their assistance. After 10 whole minutes of awkwardly standing around waiting for someone to acknowledge us, a technician is the first to ask if we've been helped. 10 minutes after that I finally found the advisor. My first words to him were, "I'd like a 10w60 oil change". He says that's no problem, I ask how long it should take and he says maybe an hour. Perfect. I'm counting on leaving ASAP because of our trip and every minute counts. An hour and a half later, and there's no sign of my car or the advisor. I finally find him and ask about the status. He tells me "oh we didn't have a filter, I should have you done in about an hour and a half". Its already 10:40. I was hoping by scheduling an oil change @ 9am, that I could get on the road about 10am. Granted I'm not blaming them for not having an oil filter for a 30yo M5... but wouldn't you at least give me a heads up??? I had to find that out myself. Skip forward to about 12:15pm and I'm getting ready to check out with the advisor. I ask "did you guys use 10w60? Or was there maybe a bulletin for 10w50 or something else?" And he informs me that they're putting 5w30 in it.... Now, in an engine that already has issues keeping main bearings like every other BMW M engine, they want to put 5w30 oil a high mile 30 year old detuned race engine. Yes in 1991 5w30 was an option for these cars, but they didn't have the wide variety of quality oils used and required today! No one who understands these engines would run that light of an oil and expect any sort of longevity out of their M car! There's a reason that every professional engine builder recommends oils between 5w40, 20w50, or 10w60. All it takes is a careless oil change and I'm on my way to a $15,000 engine rebuild. I was incredibly disappointed that A.) my advisor ignored my orginal request of a 10w60 oil change, and B.) my advisor didn't know enough about BMW's to properly service my M5. Unfortunately most of these advisors are not enthusiasts and only know i3's, X5's, and 15,000 mile oil change intervals, and it shows.

Repairs were excellent. It was the final wait for a car wash that failed. Received car with a very dirty hood. Asked them to re wash the car. came back with the dirty hood. I told them that its not very complicated to wash a car. They ran it again. Finally cam back ok. The car wash team should provided first time quality washes to eliminate rework.

Had an appointment for a âfreeâ inspection. They said it would take an hour and a half. I said I didnât have that long and to skip the brake inspection because thatâs what took the longest because they had to âwait for a lift to be open and get it on a liftâ. They said it would still be an hour and a half. I had my young daughter with me and asked them to change the channel in the waiting room to something kid friendly. They said they didnât know how and didnât have a remote. They said I could try asking someone âup frontâ for a remote. Very âcoldâ waiting room (just remodeled) but cold black couches, no beverages or treats in waiting room. Was suppose to sit there an hour in a half to get my fluids topped off and air in my tires. Thanks but no thanks. It wasnât very busy, I had an appointment but the advisor that I made the appointment with was âoffâ but was available on the online schedule...I had one of the first appointments after lunch which apparently didnât increase the appointment timeliness nor did reducing the actual inspection items, no one was accommodating nor seemed eager to please (very lax attitudes), unable to change the TV channel (no offer to try to figure it out for the customer), and the service advisor just gave the âstandard timeâ despite me trying to shorten the appointment. I ended up leaving and once again learned my lesson to not deal with BMW Sahara/Las Vegas but to go to the Henderson location where the service advisors are efficient, friendly and accommodating.

He didn't pressure us and we feel like he worked to get us the best deal on the car we wanted. The Finance guy - Nawabi was also great. We signed all of the paperwork and then we changed our mind and decided to register the car in CA instead of NV. They had to redo all of the paperwork, but they were great about it. Several folks at the dealership followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend this dealership!

I scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change when I showed up for my appointment the service advisor tells me the wait would be 4 hours! then he tells me had I brought my car in before 10am they would've been able to get to my car and had it done quicker however the women I spoke to on the phone recommended I make the appointment instead because that was the best way to get me in and out. unbelievable I would not expect that level of unprofessionalism from a brand name like BMW in Las Vegas no less. I've had better service at a jiffy lube I am very disappointed in the way I was treated and will never buy or take my BMW to BMW of Las Vegas again.

I am so happy with the car and as usual I couldn't be happier with the expert customer service I received from the BMW of Las Vegas dealership! In these dark times of the Coronavirus I was concerned about picking the car up, but my fears were immediately put to ease. They have excellent safety protocols in place, including proper distancing of staff and customers. The facility was spotless as usual, but they also had personnel constantly cleaning and disinfecting. I got the true royal treatment and was even greated by the manager. Frank was outstanding at coordinating my window tinting! The Rockstar of my pleasant encounter was definitely the Client Advisor who sold me the car, Amin Kader. I have had nothing but problems with BMW. I got my 2018 BMW X2 in January 2019. It was considered new and in the first year I had it in for oil leaks twice. The Bluetooth connecting the vehicle to my phone didnât work properly. I had it looked at several times before I was told that the problem was that there were no apps compatible with my BMW. What really ticked me off is that the salesperson promised me that I could use my phone for navigation with the vehicle (the car did not have navigation, so this was important to me) - but when I got a phone call the navigation would stop working in the car, which was problematic and dangerous while driving. I went in and spoke with the General Manager and he said that BMW was aware of this problem but was not willing to do anything for me. On my most recent service visit I learned that the extra tire coverage we purchased did not completely cover the tires. We were told our tires would be covered when we purchased it, but apparently wear and tear is not. Had I known that along with the issues of navigation - I would NOT have gotten this vehicle. I feel completely deceived and I am very unhappy with BMW. Not just is the performance of this vehicle lacking, but the service of the sales team and management is very poor. This is my first BMW - and unless they do something to make this right - it will also be my last.

My only complaint is that Las Vegas dealers (in general across most brands) are just are not competitive with Southern California on pricing and availability. I was ambushed. Told by Randall they would hold my check til my insurance settlement funded in 7-10 days, along w/my trade in. Then after 4 and1/2 hours Randall has gone home and I find the truth is, if I don't have 4k right now - it wont happen but I can take my unregistered & uninsured trade I delivered and go. After sharing my disappointment with everyone and comparing it to non consentual coitus I gave it up to them, paid and bought the additional 5k in maint and mech warranty. Really not looking forward to being misled and taken advantage of.

My service advisor Richard is very Good in doing his craft. He immediately attended me when ever i incurred emergencies with my SUV . I know accommodating somebody Immediately is tough when influx of customer gets in,, however Richard find ways to accommodate every single customer that asked for his help. He is polite, understand situation and most of all he find remedies and ways to help his customers. More Power Richard,, you deserved a BLAST!!!!

I've visited BMW of Las Vegas a few times now and I have always been happy with the service I receive. My service professional has been Joe Monaco the previous 3 visits (1x regular service, 1x tire replacement, 1x electrical issue), and he is always a pleasure to work with. At other dealerships I get the impression that the salesman is just trying to up-sell everything, and doesn't have my best interest in mind; this is NEVER the impression I get from Joe, nor of BMW of Las Vegas. Joe always makes it a point to listen to my concerns about the vehicle first, then we talk about the options we have and what I actually need. I've also been very happy with the service I've received on the vehicle. I always get my vehicle back in a reasonable amount of time, washed, and with no evidence of the issue in question. Finally, the price is always very reasonable. Despite the ominous rumors about buying foreign cars, every service I've received on my car has been at a fair price, and with a military discount. Thank you very much!

Brought in my 2018 BMW 530i for its first service maintenance (engine oil change) as always a positive awesome experience with the service department especially with my service advisor Rich Torno providing excellent customer service. The newly added/remodeled service facility and waiting lounge is fantastic....great coffee (Starbucks) for customers waiting in the lounge.

after agreeing on a price for our new i3 and taking delivery for 4 days, the dealer called and told us we still owed $250. this was after dealer accepted our certified bank check for the exact amount we agreed on. in addition, we were told at the sale we would receive a charge point card good for 30 minutes of free charging a week. when we went to activate the card, we were told BMW discontinued their participation in the plan 12/31/2018.

Took car in for recall repair. Waited 15 minutes to drop off my car with my scheduled service rep and was 10 minutes early on top of that. Cashier had to go find the service rep because he didn't turn in the paperwork after calling me to say the car was ready for pick up. Dealer doesn't supply loaner cars to their customers who actually purchased the cars from their dealership unless you have purchased a car within the last 2 years, really! I do not recommend nor like this dealership.

The impression I get from BMW Las Vegas is that they only care about the sale. Once the sale is made, forget customer service. Just bought a car from them 7 days ago. I tried all day yesterday to get Jalenna to return my call about making an appointment to have her help me with syncing my homelink, the garage door opener, to my garage door, which has a rolling code . (Gate won't work with garage link on any BMW, I just found out.) No one ever returned my call. I was assured she would call me back, three times, and I just bought a new 740i car from them. How disappointing!

When one purchases a BMW automobile, and consistently returns to the dealer for service after the sale, you expect some minimal standards to be met. I confess, I have come to rely on this consistency from a dealer in Riverside, CA. However, after moving to Las Vegas, recently I took my car to BMW Las Vegas, expecting a similar level of service. D'Andre was the star of the entire experience...the associate who checked me in for service and discussed with my what I needed from the visit. Everything was done as he described, and completed earlier than expected. He was perfect with his "customer service" and he should be commended. HOWEVER, when I returned to pick up the car, this is where Riverside and Las Vegas diverge in service standards. Rather than return to D'Andre to summarize the service and perhaps thank him for expedient and pleasant service...and I was wanting to discuss the purchase of extending my warranty...I was directed to go to the cashier. If I were to use one word to describe the fellow who wiggled his index finger for me to approach the counter (even when the area around was devoid of other customers) the best word would be "surly". Without any pleasantries, he simply said "Last name" No discussion about the service, confirming what they did was what I had requested. He stated the dollar amount due...no explanation of how they had arrived at that number. (At home I saw a charge of about $25 that I still do not understand) He simply instructed me to place my chip card into the slot...silence. Once the papers and receipt were stapled together, he ripped the tag off my keys, hands them and my paperwork to me with a monotone "thank you" and looks back down at the counter as if he is done with me. I asked where would I find my car, and the answer was one hyphenated word "round-about" and he pointed in a general direction without lifting his head. Okay, I've never been to this dealer before and I had no idea where this round-about was, but assumed it was near where I entered the Service garage, so I marched out, see a round-about, and start looking for my car...clicking my key fob furiously. No beeps. Now I'm walking out into a vast lot near the Service garage entrance...nothing. I stopped a young man with a dealership shirt on, and asked him if he could help me find my car. He asked me where the tag was that had been with my keys, and I indicated the cashier had ripped it off before he handed them to me. He radioed the cashier and asked him about what the tag said and the response was "ten" which apparently meant "round-about" and we both return to that area. No car. We then repeat a nice stroll in the hot afternoon sun, back out into the vast lot near the Service entrance. No car. He asks me to wait there while he went behind a locked automatic gate. In less than 10 minutes, I see the automatic gate open, and my car appears with him driving it out to me. He is apologetic and pleasantly tells me to have a good rest of the day...very kind fellow. Why do they not valet the car to the door so you don't have to go wondering around their property searching for your car? I guess I was spoiled by Riverside, CA BMW. I don't care about walking, I just need to have a little direction from someone who really knows where I can find the car easily. Is this petty? In relative terms, perhaps. It could have easily been prevented by a better system, or even helpful, and pleasant cashier. It did not help me "have a good day" nor a good impression of the dealership. This little sideshow took about 30 minutes. It is worth another 30 minutes of my time to write this review...simply in hopes a minor change is made to prevent others from having a similar frustration.

The check engine light came on in my BMW i3 REx. I dropped it off and got a call that they needed to check my charger, the one that comes with the car. Sure enough, there was something wrong with the charger so they gave me a new one. Check engine light is off now.

I am > 65 yrs. I had not previously owned a BMW. Michael and Steve at AutoNation were knowing and helpful,ready to explain, but with a nice touch. My older trades were fairly valued, and the pre-delivery [ 2+ hours ] showing the features was a needed plus. Test drives and ?s were easily handled .

Went in for service as I had a coolant leak. Ronnie was able to help me determine that I also had a oil leak on my oil pan and my valves had a small leak. They were quick to order parts and have me back on the road quickly.

I made an appointment to have my 550 BMW serviced for oil change, front sensor error issue, and sqeeky brake issue for Thanksgiving day weekend on Sat. They were able to get me in and addressed all my issues. Dropped off my vehicle at 1015 AM, and picked up before 6 PM same day. What was nice was they vac the interior, and did a nice wash on the exterior before I picked up my vehicle. Great service!

I didn't ever have to call and fund out the condition. I was also given a loaner for the time that they had it, which was great and they even washed my car before it was returned to me.. Wow, where do I start? These guys did a wonderful job of servicing my X5, I can't believe in this day and age that there is still customer service! They went above and beyond any dealer ever has. I had a courtesy reminder call for a for a small pretty common recall and they fixed everything on the car, it runs great! I wish other dealerships were half as good as these guys! Ronald was a pleasure to deal with, he was very helpful and professional! He took great care of us!
